Certification


With an appropriate XLNC certification, you can independently use our instruments at any time! You can choose to be certified for our entire tool suite as a package, or you can book certification for individual tools.

The XLNC certification gives you comprehensive access to the relevant content focal points and scientific backgrounds of our diagnostics. In addition, you will gain a profound understanding of the structure, implementation, and interpretation of the XLNC diagnostics so that you can work independently with the XLNC instruments. Of course, our instruments meet high standards in terms of data protection and IT security – and you will also gain insight into these aspects.

1. Key conceptual focuses of the XLNC construct
2. Introduction to and handling of the XLNC tools
3. Background information on the XLNC questionnaire design

Fees

You can choose to be certified in 1, 2 or all 3 instruments. The following fees apply depending on the number of instruments:

Certification for 1 instrument: €1,290
Certification for 2 instruments: €1,990
Certification for 3 instruments: €2,490

All prices are subject to VAT and apply to both virtual and in-person delivery.

The instruments are taught in the following order during the certification workshops:

Day 1: Personality Profile (XLNC_p)
Day 2: Leadership Style Profile (XLNC_s)
Day 3: System Climate Profile (XLNC_c)
