Individual performance
of XLNC_p , _s, and _c


All three surveys XLNC_p, XLNC_s and XLNC_c can be carried out individually or in combination online. After the survey, you will receive in-depth result reports that provide valuable insights into your personality, your preferred and applied leadership styles and their effect on the working atmosphere in your team.

We will be happy to advise you on how to best use the results of the XLNC diagnostics for your further development. Here we offer three different performance variants:

1. Self-assessment

One variant for using our tools is to conduct a self-assessment. Based on your assessments and answers, you will receive a differentiated personality profile or also an overview on how pronounced your leadership styles or the atmosphere dimensions are in your team. To evaluate and reflect on the reports, we recommend having a 1-hour consultation with a certified XLNC coach in your area for each tool. Afterwards, you have the option to work purposefully on leadership topics.

  • Preliminary consultation
  • Online survey (self-assessment)
  • Individual diagnostics reports
  • A substantiated evaluation consultation
  • (Optional: further coaching sessions for working on individual development measures)

2. Self- and third-party assessment

For the tools XLNC_s (leadership styles) and XLNC_c (team atmosphere), there is also the option to integrate the anonymous third-party assessment of your colleagues. In our experience, is it highly insightful to compare a self-assessment with a third-party assessment and obtain honest feedback from colleagues regarding the leadership behaviour they experience. To evaluate and reflect on the reports, we recommend having a consultation with a certified XLNC coach in your area for each tool. Afterwards, you have the option to work purposefully on leadership topics.

Variant 2 includes:

  • Support in designing the process for obtaining the feedback of colleagues
  • Online survey (self- and third-party assessment)
  • Individual diagnostics reports
  • A substantiated evaluation consultation
  • (Optional: further coaching sessions for working on individual development measures)

3. Self- and third-party assessment with a transfer workshop

The variant with the self- and third-party assessment can be expanded by a moderated transfer workshop. Moderated by a certified XLNC coach, a dialogue-based workshop is conducted with the manager and the feedback providers. The key goal is to examine the results of the XLNC diagnostics and derive suitable measures to improve cooperation. Often, the transfer workshop already has a positive influence on the communication and atmosphere in teams – facilitating a trusting, open and modern feedback culture.

The transfer workshop can be evaluated during a follow-up consultation with the XLNC coach and any further individual development measures defined as appropriate.
